The CodAmCompLeague is happy to announce that it will be returning to the competitive Call of Duty scene for another year in 2020. The staff is refreshed and reloaded, so expect some more big things as usual. The biggest change coming to the league is the launch of our website. It's a free platform, so please bare with us if there are some glitches at first. It will only get better. With the launch of this website, the public is now granted access to things that they weren't before. This includes a list of previous champions and rosters, league records, and of course, the highly vaunted all-time kill list. Website visitors will also be able to view our news section and subscribe to it in order to receive an email notification each time a post is published. There is always some quality work there, so it's highly recommended to subscribe.
Some other changes to the league include the reintroduction of some positions, such as writers, statisticians, and league committee members. This means that season articles and the fan-favorite interviews will be returning; stats will be updated faster than ever before; and awards and all-stars will be voted on by a new set of committee members, while match disputes will be resolved easier than ever.
Big changes include the creation of our YouTube channel, where we plan to upload casted matches and playoff series. We are also considering a weekly recap that will be uploaded to the channel. There are no official guidelines yet, but we plan to have the video briefly cover what happened during the week. This can include big matches, ranking updates, and more. There are also plans of creating a league podcast, but no decision is final at the time of this writing, as potential hosts are still being pursued or interviewed. Feel free to direct message the league on Twitter if you're interested in interviewing for the position.
